Here's what you'll find in this issue:

  • This founder grew to 7-figures organically instead of going with paid ads.
  • 5 vibe coding tools. Some of the latest apps for coding with AI.
  • Yesterday's build board winners, including three new product launches from indie hackers.
  • 30-second growth tip: Build free tools around high-volume search queries.

Your AI stack shouldn’t slow you down. HubSpot for Startups bundles CRM, automation, AI tools, and partner discounts into one system built for growth. No duct tape. No wasted spend. Just a stack that helps you acquire, convert, and scale—faster. Unlock $4K in tools and credits.

7-figure ARR with zero salespeople 📈

Henry Poydar is running a 7-figure ARR business with hundreds of customers and no sales team. He tried paid ads and they flopped. Every dollar he spent on organic content outperformed paid by a wide margin. Most B2B founders would find this impossible, but Henry built Steady by solving a coordination problem he lived for 25 years as a manager and CTO.

Steady is an AI-native teamwork OS that keeps teams coordinated using purpose-built AI agents. It evolved from Status Hero, a micro-SaaS he built after his first exit that took off during the pandemic. Things really began to happen for him when he moved from per-seat pricing to credit-based pricing.

Henry’s full breakdown covers the pricing shift, the automation obsession, and the customer insight that changed how he builds product. Enjoy!

You launched. Now find your people. Founding member pricing open now. 🦆

The launch high usually lasts about 48 hours. Then the quiet sets in. Your product is live and nobody's showing up the way you thought they would. You're emailing strangers, posting everywhere, tweaking your landing page for the third time this week. Refreshing your analytics and watching nothing move.

This is the grind of the first 1000 users. You're trying everything and you can't tell what's working. The signals are there, somewhere, buried under a dozen tabs and half-finished experiments you've already forgotten about.

And you're sprinting. You're making decisions on the fly, holding your entire strategy in your head because nothing else is holding it for you. It feels like building a bridge while already walking across it.

PopHatch is the 24/7 partner that thinks through it all with you. It remembers every experiment you've run, every channel you tested, every pivot you made and why. It holds the context that slips through the cracks when you're moving fast. It connects what you tried in week one to what's happening in week six. And it helps you iterate until the growth stops feeling random and starts becoming repeatable.

PopHatch is welcoming Founding Members at $19.99 per month, locked for twelve months.

Built by Oana Ruxandra, former Chief Digital Officer at Warner Music Group, and Dan McComas, former SVP of Product at Reddit.

Lock in founding member pricing.

Bite-sized growth tip 🍪

Build free tools around high-volume search queries.

Manuel Stofer and his co-founders built SmallPDF, a suite of PDF tools. Most of their traffic comes from one insight: conversion tools rank for queries that millions of people search every day.

“Convert PDF to Word.” “Compress PDF.” When someone searches these, they want the conversion to happen, and Google ranks pages that deliver it.

SmallPDF built free versions of these converters and let them rank. Each tool is basically a landing page that actually does something useful. Users arrive, solve their problem, and now they know SmallPDF exists. Some percentage come back and eventually pay.

The result is content marketing without writing content. The product is the content. And because the tool genuinely helps, people link to it, which improves rankings, which brings more users.
